We went out to measure our tulips that had emerged last month, only to discover that they had been eaten by deer, the night before. Some of our tulips had reached heights of 6 to 8 inches.

We will have to rely on the data from other gardens.

We are very upset,we were looking forward to seeing our tulips bloom.
