I started to tap my 3000 trees last week during the warm spell. Tap holes on the south sides of the trees werer running slowly, the north sides were dry and frozen. Below zero weather this week brought everything to a stop. Temps back in the 40's for early next week should have the sap runnign again. No syrup made yet, still tapping.
