2 adult balds,a one yr.old,a two yr. old(almost),and a dirty
white approx. three yr. old.Viewing from east side of river.Saw the adult eating on ice south west. After the adult was finished eating;the chocolate brown 1yr. old came in to finish the meal.
Weather very calm, low tide, more exposed food sources.Time,3pm. to
dusk.Adult flies home. Two immatures fly north. After sitting for
half hour both fly close to thin ice covered bay trying to extract food source from water. Finally one lands and picks at quarry. Other perches farther north on ice. Both fly to perch west side.Out of nowhere the 3yr. old takes the 2yr.old from its
perch and they fly north a good distance till they perch together
in tall tree near Burget Cr.Could this possibly be a mate for our
1st. born? Time will tell.
