I went out to check under the leaf mulch just after a late wet snow fall, which we had many of this this winter and what did I find TULIPS, TULIPS, TULIPS! They have emerged Yippee! The winter has been mild but we have snow that has come and gone several times, but the blanket of mulch the bulbs have obviously made it through.
