There were 18-20 tulips that were sighted emerging. The day was cold, snowy, and grey, but we have had very mild weather in Minnesota this winter. This is still very early for tulips to be emerging. We noticed small tips emerging, some light green and some red. Some of the bulbs were pushing up from the freeze thaw motion.
