Since moving here in October, robins have been pretty common, in very small numbers and primarily in the trees. In the last 2-3 weeks, and markedly the last3-4 days, we have seen HUGE numbers of robins. At any given time throughout the day, I can count 20 or more around my house. They have just begun feeding on earthworms in the lawn, and I've seen them eat some red berries from a tree outside my window. (crabapples??) Also, they have been very aggressive with each other, fighting all day long.
