We have spotted Monarchs. Tuesday, March 9, 99. We spotted them in Jersey Village, TX. Northwest of Houston. They were also seen in Magnolia, TX. Thirty-five miles northwest of Houston. It was a beautiful day, about 82 degrees with very light wind.
