Last year, grades K-2 designed and planted a butterfly garden. Now that spring is here in Tn, we see the garden sprouting, making way for the monarchs headed our way. We planted fennel for larval food and butterfly bush, butterfly weed and many other plants to attract and feed our butterflies. Most important is the milk weed for our monarchs.
