A teacher from Austin, Tx reported that while visiting Rockport (about 50 miles south of Victoria on the Texas coast) during spring break last week (9th-13th) she found several monarch larvae "up to 1 1/2 inches long." This could have been more over-wintering "coastal" monarchs. Harlen E. and Altus http://www.homestead.com/vcs
