"OUR" male robin, George, has arrived, and was enjoying handouts of soaked raisins and "bird gorp" by the heated ground level birdbath, while at the same time I could hear another Robin singing loudly, through the Wind Song microphone outside the window. Guess it must really be spring. Crocuses are blooming and tulips and daffodils also. The "bird gorp" is a mixture of one part each of shortening, p.butter, and whole wheat flour, mixed with 3 parts cornmeal.
