Hi there Journey North,
Today I heard the first Western Toad calling from the woods near my house. No frogs yet. On 3/20/99 we found a very slow moving yellow jacket wasp in one of the bluebird houses we were cleaning. Today was the first day I noticed patches of buttercups blooming instead of just an isolated flower.
Spring is springing!
