It's official- spring has sprung in Madoc. The red winged blackbirds returned today and we heard them singing this morning. We also heard our very first nighthawk last night while we were watching our maple sap boiling away over the fire. Thursday, March 25 we saw our very first vulture return to the colony nesting area near us. WE WELCOME SPRING!
