Students from our Upper Class program at Madelia Elem. have begun to see robins in our area. The temps have been in the 40's and 50's during the day and down to freezing at night. Chad saw our first robin picking at the barren ground on March 15th. The next sighting was made by Jon on the 25th. He saw one lone robin, also. The following day Kevin saw two robins together. He thought they may be looking for worms. We have not seen any worms yet, although last night was our first rainstorm of the year, so the worms should make an appearance soon!
