My sighting was at 12:30 PM. The monarch crossed the road in front of me as I was leaving the University of Arkansas at Monticello campus. I was unable to get a close look to determine the sex or condition of it. The temperature was in the mid 60's and the sky was slightly overcast. A front moved in from Texas during the afternoon bring rain and hopefully more monarchs.
