Viewed two adults in the process of building a nest
as well as one immature (not sure how old...possibly 1-2 years).
Viewed them in the company of Scott VanArsdale from Stamford, NY DEC, Bob (last name ?) and Nancy (last name ?)
One adult flew off possibly in search of food (turkey vultures were viewed circling around hilltop). The other adult flew off in the same direction and then we viewed an immature one.
