We got our first loon sighting yesterday afternoon (3/31). One loon was seen on Bow Lake in Strafford, NH around 3pm. The ice had gone out on the lake that morning. The same man who called from Bow yesterday called this morning (4/1) reporting 3 loons on the lake, 1 in each territory (there are three loon territories on Bow Lake).
