Our tulips, which emerged in February, are finally blooming. They were sitting in water for many days because of all the rain we have had here. The blooms are not healthy and the plants are all bent over and twisted. This is really late blooming for our area and we can only guess it was because of the unusually cold, wet, and windy weather we have been having this year.
