Robins have begun singing here in my hometown finally! At a 600'+ elevation, things seem to happen a few weeks later than surrounding lowland towns, where I had heard and reported robins a few days previously. This single male has been singing in the earliest daylight hours in and around some swampy patches that border dryer fields just around the corner from my house.
