The students in Mrs. Oakberg's kindergarten classes at Irving Elementary School in Bozeman, MT wish to report the following observations of the emergence and growth of the school's Red Emperor tulips. On March 22nd, our tulips were 2 unifix cubes (2cm) high; on March 29th, they were 4 unifix cubes (8 cm) high; on March 31st, they were 5 unifix cubes (10 cm) high; on April 5th, they were still 5 unifix cubes (10 cm) high; and on April 7th, they were 6 unifix cubes (12 cm) high.
