We have not actually seen any Monarchs yet, but the signs are there. The 125 milkweed plants on our site have Monarch eggs on them. It has been warm and sunny here, 85F, for the past week. The milkweed plants are loaded down with eggs. Many of them are laid on the top of the leaves and several plants are barely out of the ground. We are still awaiting our first visual sighting of a Monarch, but we know that they are passing through by the eggs they have left behind.
