Monarch (OTHER Observations)

Date: 04/11/1999

Number: 1

I saw 4 Monarchs this afternoon. The first was sighted just before 1PM CDT and the last was sighted about 4PM CDT. All were traveling in an easterly direction, about 3-6 feet above ground.
All were faded, some more than others. Skies were mostly clear with temps in the upper 70s with W-NW winds at 10-25 Mph and low humidity. Milkweed is 4-6" tall. Hoping the migration will pick up soon.
