I saw one monarch today about 1:45 PM CDT. It was flying in an easterly direction over a highway. My wife spotted two monarchs
around 4:30 PM CDT this afternoon about 8 miles east of Tupelo.
Yesterday a monarch flew hurriedly over my milkweed garden just before noon. All were faded. Weather conditions have been warm, dry and breezy the past few days. Winds have been S-SW 10-15 Mph
and highs have been in the low 80's with bright blue skies. Milkweed is about is about 4 to 6" high.
