We live in Robinson just outside of Waco, Texas. We are a class of first and second grade g/t students. We have been seeing Monarchs for about a month (since 3/33/99). They seem to be traveling individually or in small groups. Merritt sighted one on her front porch. We have sighted them flying around and on flowers. Andrew and Kristin saw them on buttercups. Hannah sighted several around her grandparents' pond. We are busy planting a butterfly garden so that our friends, the Monarchs, will come home to our garden.
