Observed first Tiger Swallowtail butterfly flying across small pond near entrance of Retzer Nature Center while leading a pond study with students from St. Pauls School in Genesee. Sighting occurred at about 11:45 AM. Weather was a wonderful 70-75 with a steady light breeze and wonderfully sunny.
