A sure sign of spring in Kansas...Tornadoes. Our community experienced first hand yesterday the sighting of funnel clouds and the destruction of a barn and vehicle windows. We were very fortunate that school was let out for the day when all of these events occurred. Many students were able to view the funnel clouds from their homes, which is quite an experience. We were all happy that little damage was done, unlike the mass destruction that happened about 70 miles to our south in Wichita.
