I know from reports to local nature radio talk show that Baltimore and Orchard Orioles have been in the area for some
time, but this is my first sighting. It might also be my last.
Orioles are not common in my neighborhood, and don't stick around
long either. This oriole was flying away from the Allegheny River when I saw it for a few seconds only.
