Contributed by Monarch Watch

We are pleased to tell you that a Monarch was spotted in Mrs. Bice's yard
on May 10, 1999. She has a butterfly garden planted and it was resting on
a Verbena that had just been planted on Mother's Day 1999. We were happy
to see it and anticipate them coming to visit us a school at our own
butterfly garden. Our school is located near Macomb Illinois, home of
Western Illinois University.
