We spotted monarchs flying in Lawrence, Ks. on May 3 and 4th. Matt saw one flying in the country. Ross saw a monarch by his house on May 4th, Matt was with him. The monarch was just flying by. Maude saw a female flying in the field at Hillcrest Elementary School. It was drinking nectar from a dandilion.
