Finally! A Monarch was seen riding the air currents across Interstate 80 just east of here (York) this afternoon (May 12th). From what we could see as it drifted past our car it was very brightly colored, not drab at all and appeared to be in great condition. We haven't gone out to look for milkweed yet but we intend to do that this weekend. We'll let you know what we find.
