Just a short note to inform you that a monarch butterfly was sighted
outside of my classroom window on the afternoon of May 28. It has been
very warm here and as yet I have not seen any other monarchs but I'll keep
looking.
The milkweed is beginning to grow in our school yard; most plants would be
in the 20 to 30 centimetre range.
