I thought milkweed would come back...mine didnt but the seeds have sprouted and the plants are 3ft tall to greet the first monarch...I only had one last year...but had lots to come to maturity...the monarch expert answered my question and I was so very excited to see it!!! About the ants coming out of a hole in the pupa??remember??great to know the answer now...I hope I have enough milkweed this year...I was picking the last worms and finding them better spots to eat...my plants were getting eaten to nubs...and was worried if it was gonna be enough for the younger worms...toodles
