Sighted two adult Whooping Cranes about 15:30 CDT. They were flying south. The sighting was not absolutely certain, as I know it to be early in the year. However, I had seen a flock of White Pelicans earlier in the afternoon, and these probable Whooping Cranes were decidedly different.
