While I was riding my bike this morning, I saw 1 Monarch flying from east to west across the road and into a field. Two third grade classes at Grandview Elementary School hand-raised and released 2 Monarchs this month. We have not seen a large number of Monarchs in our area this year. Do you know why? Is Indiana on the migration route?
