Monarch (OTHER Observations)

Date: 10/13/1999

Number: 1

On a birdwatching trip to Sequoyah National Wildlife Refuge to Vian, Oklahoma, our group followed the auto tour road, exclusively. We saw no more than six Monarchs in four hours of watching. The weather was very warm, sunny, with only light breezes. Vicki Hatfield....Grove, Oklahoma, the greenest part of the state.
