We had a good movement of Monarchs during the bird walk
on Sunday October 10 at Presqu'ile Provincial Park (44.00 N, 77.43W). At Owen Point I estimate a Monarch passed by heading southwest (towards High Bluff Island) every two minutes. I also saw a Monarch at my house in Carrying Place (just east of Presqu'ile yesterday (Oct. 13). -Submitted by Don Tyerman, Biodiversity Specialist
