I have seen 5 monarchs this week at home. Today while my class was on the playground 1 monarch flew over. One of the other kind. classes let their hatched monarch loose. We have hatched several this year in our own room and turned them loose. My milkweed from my house was killing the caterpillars. However, other milkweed from friends was o.k. I wonder if it has anything to do with the poison that is being sprayed on the corn crops?
