Number: 1

Butterflies are still numerous here.
We saw 68 butterflies this week. The weather was warm until Two weeks ago when a weak cold front blew in on October 16th. A really cold front blew in Sunday night, 10/24/99. The weather has been cool and crisp since then. The butterflies are becoming less numerous due to migration and cold weather.
There is still alot of flowers and milkweed in our area.
