Members of the Eco-Kids Environmental Club at St. John's Elementary School in Perth planted 36 Red Emperor Tulips in the school garden on October 22, 1999. It was a cloudy day with a high of 11 degrees Celsius. We just finished our planting when it started to rain. Marie Amyot and Jeanne Nugent are the teachers who supervise this eager group of Junior Grade students.
