Tulips PLANTED

Date: 11/03/1999

Number: 1

Dear Journey North.
The Gifted Education class (SEGA) has planted their 3rd tulip garden on November 3, 1999. The fall has been extremely dry. Any rain we do get is very light. The ground never seems to get muddy after a rain. We usually have to start up the furnaces in homes for heat by now but this year we are experiencing very warm, mild weather. Students still are wearing shorts to school. This 2nd week of November still promises to be unseasonably warm, like 70 plus degrees. We hope our garden produces the beautiful flowers it usually does. Our staff appreciates the blooms after a long winter. Thanks to Journey North for all your support.
Sincerely,
SEGA students: M.K., Taylor, George, Alyssa, Josh, Landon, Jennifer, Alex, Brandon, Sarah, Nick, Casey, Wes, Jason, Mary, Josh and Andy.
