We planted a total of 50 bulbs from two classes of third and fourth grade students. It didn't rain for a few days and then it poured! We used our rulers and a yard stick to be sure our bulbs were at the 7" level under ground. Planting weather was cool and sunny, in the 50s. Our old gardens were cleared of weeds so they could be compared in size and appearance to the new one. It was a great morning of planting!
