We planted our tulips on December 2nd after measuring the circumference, weighing, and sketching each tulip. We knew them quite well by the end of all that! It was misting slightly when we began planing and raining fairly heavily by the time we finished. We hoped the rain was good for the tulip bulbs and didn't mind getting a bit wet and muddy since the sun soon came out again.
