Tulips Planted 1/6/99.Today, February 3, is a sunny cool day. It is about 40 degrees with a high of about 65 degrees. Two of our tulips emerged today. The weather this week has been cold. The high was in the 40s and the low was on the 30s. It rained two times this week. We were so excited to see that the rain and sun had helped our tulips to emerge.
