This is a day late due to no school yesterday (icy roads). Eleven students reported today that they each saw 2-4 robins this past weekend. Most robins were on the ground "pecking at the dirt." Others were in the trees or bushes. Some flew back and forth between the ground and trees. One student heard one bird chirping.
I was in Columbus, Ohio, on Sunday and saw a flock of 2 dozen robins on the ground.
