Hello,
The warm weather and the rain has allowed our tulips to emerge.
In the St. Charles, St. Louis metro area the weather has been very warm. Last week (2/24/00) it reached 80 degrees.
We have had only one significant snow fall so far.
Students have been wearing shorts all week. The warmth wil be with us for a few more days.
