Today we found that 8 out of 20 tulip bulbs planted have emerged. Just the tips are showing. We planted our tulips more that 15 feet from the foundation of the building, but they are located in a very large courtyard. The school is large and the building goes all around the courtyard. We found that people disturb the ones planted outside the school walls.

I live in a nearby town, and my tulips have also emerged, but they are not red emperor tulips like the ones planted in our school courtyard.

We planted our tulips in school on October 25.
