Our first graders have been reporting many robins! During the first week of March, we began looking for robins on a large grassy area across from the school and on March 2nd we saw 3 robins looking for food. Children have also reported waves of robins around their neighborhoods. The children have seen robins alone, or in groups of two or three. These robins have been sitting in trees, eating berries and looking for food on lawns. On Thursday, March 2nd, one of our first graders saw "a fat robin in her yard and it was singing!"
