Went birding this morning on a cold dull day and saw quite a few
robins. But one cannot tell if they are new arrivals or if they have stayed around all winter as some have - but not as many as last year. I have not seen any yet in my backyard. What I did have all winter in my backyard at the feeders were red-winged blackbirds, which is unusual.
