Our Bald Eagles arrived 3 weeks early this year. I'm not sure why, and we're still not sure where these Bald Eagles come from. Several of our kids spotted the Eagles about 9 miles downriver on the Innoko from our village.
We read (Alaska) Haines High School's report on the tulips being early this year and wonder if there are going to be early dates set for other things as well.
Great to see the Bald Eagles though! Anybody wonder what a Bald Eagle eats when there are no fish or open water? We're still pretty solid frozen around here.
Take are.
