Monarch Adult (FIRST sighted)

Date: 03/25/2000

Number: 1

I saw three monarchs today. The first sighting was around 9am at a local nursery. Wings were faded and it was nectaring on flowers. The second sighting was around noon in our yard. This one had faded wings and it was flying east about 10 feet above ground. The third sighting was around 3:45 pm. Monarch was seen nectaring on wisteria. Wings were bright and fresh. The weather
today has been partly cloudy with light winds and temps in the 70's. A few sprikles passed thru around 5 pm. Great to have the monarchs back in NE MS.
