Two Monarchs, brightly colored, were sighted flying at 7:15 a.m. Fri. morning. Cool and cloudy, probably in 60's. Very windy.
Sat. all day, several singles brightly colored were seen fluttering in valley south of Donahue Mountain which is west of Greenwood. Also, several monarchs just two miles east of Greenwood town center (in our neighborhood.)
Storm came in, around 5:00 p.m. Sat. afternoon.
Friday, March 24th, in Leflore County(Bokoshe is the town)and Haskell counties (Kinta is the town) in Oklahoma about 75 monarchs flying singly everywhere (on ridges and in the valleys).
